Balter beer is made onsite by co-founder and brewer Will Rutemeyer, who keeps a steady, balanced selection on draft. You’ll recognize most of the available styles, but there will be some surprises on rotation. There’s no flagship styles, so expect a couple new brews along with your old favorites. Balter also taps a cask periodically, and the bartenders will hand-pull a pint, usually to showcase a local or unusual ingredient. All Balter’s beer is served fresh and unfiltered, expertly poured by the bartenders.
